We welcome postdocs and graduate students

We welcome postdocs and graduate students interested in observational cosmology. We are currently studying various cosmological general relativistic phenomena such as the CMB, lensing, gravitational waves that might shed new light on the mystery of dark matter and dark energy. We collaborate with many theorists and astronomers in the world. We encourage PhD holders to apply to the JSPS postdoctoral fellowship for foreign researchers (Gaikokujin Tokubetsu Kenkyuin).   A monthly maintenance allowance of ¥362,000 ($3600), a round-trip air ticket, and a “Grant-In-Aid for Scientific Research” (Tokubetsu Kenkyuin Shorei-hi) of up to ¥1,500,000 ($15000) per year (total of ¥3,000,000 for two years) is available to cover cooperative research-related expenses. If you are interested in it, please e-mail to kinoue@phys.kindai.ac.jp.
